Measure square footage of carpeting to be cleaned so that an accurate price is provided before cleaning is commenced.

Move Furniture and belongings with care using skidders under the legs to ensure that your valuables are not damaged .

Pre Vacuum all carpeted areas with a high quality properly maintained Hepa filtration vacuum cleaner.

Pre-Spray  carpeting with a hot emulsifying  cleaner to loosen stubborn  embedded soil to allow for extraction.

Deodorizing  pre-spray to aid in elimination of minor odors that may exist. (more extensive deodorization is also available upon request)

Hot Water Extract carpeting with a high powered state-of-the art truck mounted cleaning unit  capable of producing water temperatures in excess of 200 degrees .A PH balanced rinse is used during this process returning your carpets to a clean & soft residue free condition.

It is unwise too pay too much but it is worse to pay too little.
